Storage environment
The drip irrigation equipment shall be stored reasonably, and shall be properly stored in a cool place after removal, rather than simply hanging on the wire. When it is not used in summer, it shall be stored in a place away from light and low temperature. When it is used again, it shall be checked whether it is cracked, leaked or blocked, and it shall be re arranged after maintenance.
Cleaning
Every time the drip irrigation is used, the main pipe and the drip Belt should be washed at least once. The worse the water quality is, the more times it should be washed. In the drip irrigation system, the dirt is often concentrated at the end of the pipeline. When cleaning the main pipeline, close all the valves of the secondary pipeline, open the end and wash for 5 minutes; when cleaning the drip irrigation belt, open the end of the drip irrigation belt and wash for about 1 minute until the water is flowing out. Wash the mesh filter regularly to keep the filter smooth.
The pressure of pipeline and water pump should be matched
Drip irrigation requires that the pressure of the water pump is consistent with the pressure carried by the pipeline, otherwise the pipeline will burst or the pressure will be insufficient. Many vegetable farmers did not choose the right pipes according to the length of their sheds. As a result, some could not bear the pressure of the water pump, and some could not reach enough pressure, which made the watering at both ends of the sheds uneven.
