The working principle of the refracting foggers is that when pressurized water flows out from the nozzle directly and vertically, then meets the obstruction of the refracting cone, forming a thin water layer and shooting out to all sides. Under the action of air resistance, the umbrella shaped thin water layer splits into small water drops and falls to the ground.
